The College Football Playoff Committee reminds us that it's more important to know the right people and have the right name, than be skilled, talented, and hard-working. Ohio State gets away with it for the 2nd time in 3 years. Committee chairman Kirby Hocutt was so scared he would make Never Nervous Pervis Ellison nervous. Kirk Herbstreit was also scared to death, allowing ESPN to control everyone by giving information they had for many hours. Kentucky vs. Georgia Tech in a bowl with plenty of running. UK football recognized where no other SEC team would. Jim Harbaugh is still pissed at the refs. Tommy Tuberville deserves worse than he got at Cincinnati. We hate football chest passes. UCLA defeat of UK was a big upset, but not the biggest of the season. Isaiah Briscoe is exposed for the player he proved last year: a bad shooter with little confidence outside the paint. Why isn't Humphries and Mulder playing more? Villanova is the new #1, but we like another team with a better resume'. A sign the Bengals season is over, even if they win out. And we pick tonight's MNF game between the Colts and Jets, after a huge weekend picking upset winners.
